The 23-year-old venue will received an extensive renovation including a completely redesigned entrance, lobby and theater floor thanks to a gift from the John W. Carson Foundation. The project nearly double the size of the lobby area, and the new floor is expected to serve the theater for the next 20 years.  The transformation not only honors Carson's legacy with a special tribute area, it will enhance patron amenities, provide more space and comfort for productions and serve as a beautiful plaza and entry leading to the arts quadrant of the UNL campus.
