The project scope included extensive interior wall relocation, under-slab plumbing revisions. All new flooring surfaces of porcelain tile, rubber sheet flooring and carpet tiles were installed. New ceiling grid and pads were installed with the lighting upgrades. Additionally, a new fully adhered EPDM roof system was installed. A multi-well geothermal closed loop system drilled in the playground area to fully upgrade the new HVAC system. In addition to this total interior renovation, a new four-classroom addition was also completed and the school re-opened totally refurbished.
