This facility, built in Southwest Lincoln, is a 13,250SF, one-story, slab-on-grade design with mechanical & utility lofts in the attic space. The project scope was based on refining the past Dialysis program needs, as well as the new home dialysis needs. As the newest unit, it was designed for approximately 22 – 24 stations with about one half of those developed in the first phase and the remaining developed for a future phase to grow into the home dialysis area.
