Cheever Construction provided services, attended meetings with school board members and conducted public meetings to hear what priorities the citizens of Centennial’s district desired in a newly proposed facility. Numerous options reviewed with estimates updated specific to each version. The 2009 project entailed a new 22,000 SF Performing Arts Center with seating for approx. 500.

The administration addition was included to the current facility. The project also consisted of a complete fire sprinkler system in both the new and existing facility.

This addition consisted the following additions: 

• Gymnasium
• Locker room
• Science Classroom / Labs
• Industrial Tech
• Voc. Ag. Classrooms.
