Valparaiso Rural Fire Board selected Cheever Construction and JEO Architects for the design and construction of the project. The new station will serve the Valparaiso community as a community support facility including a community meeting space. The front of the building will feature six bay doors and will have dark brick trim at the bottom of the wall. The exterior will be light gray metal panel with a charcoal colored roof. Completion of the building is expected in February.
